Our Company was incorporated as ÂOla Electric Mobility Private LimitedÂ at Bengaluru, Karnataka as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated February 3, 2017, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of our Company changed to ÂOla Electric Mobility LimitedÂ pursuant to a ShareholdersÂ resolution dated October 5, 2023 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 17, 2023 was issued by the RoC.

2022

-Started delivery of S1 Pro through OET, our Material Subsidiary

-Establishment of Ola Futurefactory

2023

-Establishment of OLA BIC in Bengaluru through OET, our Material Subsidiary

-Our Company entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Tamil Nadu for Ola EV Hub
