The Company was incorporated as ?Sakar Healthcare Private Limited? at Ahmedabad, Gujarat as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 26, 2004 bearing corporate identification number U24231GJ2004PTC043861 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
