YEAR EVENTS
1990 - The Company was Incorporated on 29th October, 1990 as a private
limited company and became public limited on 29th April 1992.
The Company has been promoted by Shri P. Srinivas Reddy, Shri
Neelam Jayanth Reddy and Shri Loka Manohar Reddy for
manufacturing granite tiles.

- The Company's main object is to process granite and manufacture
granite tiles.

1993 - The Company came out with a public issue of Rs.10 each at par
aggreegating Rs.6.37 crores to part finance its expansion of
tiles capacity from 43158 sq. mtrs. to 81600 sq. mtrs. per annum.

- 21,30,000 No. of equity shares of Rs.10 each allotted to
promoters and Directors and 63,70,000 No. of equity shares of
Rs.10 each for cash at par allotted to the NRIs, Mutual Funds and
general public through public issue.
