Further, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 17, 2018, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to ?Parin Furniture Limited? vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 04, 2018 bearing CIN U36101GJ2006PLC049074 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
