Pan Electronics India Ltd. कंपनी का इतिहास और वार्षिक वृद्धि विवरण

The Company, first incorporated on 20/09/1982 as Kaveri Metallisation Technics & Electronics Pvt. Ltd. changed its name on 22nd July, 1983 as Pan Electronics (India) Private Limited, and subsequently was converted into a Public Limited Company Pan Electronics (Inida) Limited on 16-08-1993.

This Company was set up to manufacture Aluminium Metallised Polypropylene & Polyester Films, used exensively in Capacitor Industyr. The unit originally set up at a cost of Rs. 160.00 lakhs, commenced production in 1986. During 1987 the Management of the Company was takenover by Mr. Chand D Datwani and Mr. Nanik G Rohera, the promoters of Venlon Polyester Film Limited, a listed Company.

2016
- The Company have shifted its registered office of from No.69, Cubbornpet, III Cross, Bangalore - 560 002,Karnataka to16B, 1st Phase, Peenya Industrial Area,Peenya, Bangalore - 560 058,Karnataka.

2021

-Company is delighted to announce the commencement of production in Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore.
