1. The Company have shown investment of Rs.2790.89 lacs In group companies at Cost; however these group companies are under provisional liquidation.

2. Related Party Disclosures:

Except Investment in above companies, there is no business transaction with Company(s)/firms /proprietorship firms, which is under the same management in which Directors of the Company are entrusted as Directors and / or shareholders/partners or proprietor.

3. No provision is considered necessary by the management for doubtful debtors, Loans, Advances and Other Current Assets although they are outstanding for more than six months.

4. Gratuity, Leave Encashment and other retirement benefits will be accounted for on payment basis.

5. The Company does not have any dues to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as at 31.03.2009

6. In the opinion of the Board, there is no contingent liability as at the Balance Sheet date.

7. Previous years figures have been regrouped / rearranged wherever considered necessary.
