The Company was originally incorporated on January 31, 1996 as a Private Limited Company as ÂGoel Food Products

Private LimitedÂ vide Registration No. 21-76909 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of

Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extraordinary

General Meeting held on February 17, 2022, the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public

Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ÂGoel Food Products LimitedÂ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on February 25, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U51909WB1996PLC076909.
