Dalmia Industrial Development Limited was incorporated as a public limited company under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956 on 4th November, 1982 and received Certificate for Commencement of Business on 16th November, 1982 under the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The Company’s name has not been changed since incorporation. The Company has been in regular compliance with the provisions of the applicable laws. The Company has recently allotted 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) Equity Shares to Non-Promoters on Preferential Basis in Compliance with Section 81(1)(A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2009. The Company has also entered into Tri-partite Agreement with Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited. (R & T agent of the Company)
