-Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company M/s Avery Pharmaceuticals Private Limited , also known as Arrow Rx has received an approval for site plan to manufacture Mouth Dissolving Strips from Food & Drugs Control Administration (FDCA) , vide letter 129025 /S dated 30th November 2018. Avery Pharmaceuticals plan to expedite for setting up the manufacturing base near Ahmedabad to manufacture the patented products like Pharma, Health & Hygiene films . We have received regulatory approval and we expect to start commercial production and marketing from FY2019-20.

-The company has signed a wide ranging agreement with Versarien Plc through its subsidiary company Cambridge Graphene Limited, covering a variety of the graphene products and activities.
