The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to “All E Technologies Limited” vide Special Resolution dated March 16, 2022. The fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on May 11, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U72200DL2000PLC106331. Dr. Ajay Mian and Dr. Suman Mian were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of our Company.
