The Company was incorporated on August 28, 1986 as a Public Limited Company and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of business from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad, on September 25, 1986.

The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of Intravenous (I.V.) Fluids. The plant was set up in 1988 having a capacity of 60 lakh, bottles per annum. The Plant commenced commercial production in February, 1988.

The Company was promoted by Shri B R Handa, Shri Sushil Handa, and Shri Sunil Handa.

The Company is the largest manufacturer and exporter of I.V. fluids in India. It manufactures I.V. fluids with the world's most modern FFS Technology in special Pharma grade polythelene container.

The company has all India Marketing network wherein its products are being continuously used by various government, semi-government, public and Private Sector institutions and hospitals.

2002

-Core Healthcare produces 1 billion bottles.

2006

-The Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to Core Healthcare Limited, 303-307, Meera Manan Arcade, , 3rd Floor, Near Krupa Petrol Pump, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380 006.
