Our Company was originally incorporated as “Winsol Engineers Private Limited” as a private limited company, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 30, 2015 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad having Corporate Identification Number U40100GJ2015PTC085516. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on December 9, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “Winsol Engineers Limited” pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 21, 2023 issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad having Corporate Identification Number U40100GJ2015PLC085516.

2015

Our company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name “Winsol Engineers Private Limited”

2021

Our company crossed the revenue mark of ? 2000.00 lakhs.

2022

Our company crossed the revenue mark of ? 5000.00 lakhs.

2023

Our company was converted into Public Limited Company under the name of “Winsol Engineers Limited”

2024

-Our company acquired entire stake in Repower Infrastructure Private Limited making it our Wholly Owned Subsidiary.

-Winsol Engineers Limited has awarded for purchase Order from Adani Green Energy Limited, of Approx. Rs.4,49,17,898/-

-Winsol Engineers Limited has secured order -  ''Work and Purchase orders received from Suzlon Global Services Limited of Rs. 14,63,08,800/- and Rs. 13,02,07,656/-  respectively''.

2025

-Winsol Engineers Limited has received the New Work Order From Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited of Approx. Rs. 58357860/- for Laying, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 66kV 1C, 300sqmm & 1C, 630 sqmm XLPE Cable for Poly AL and AI corrugated cable for various lines for Package-2 for Rajkot Zone.

-Winsol Engineers Limited has purchased a new order amounting to approximately Rs.10,36,00,000/- from Juniper Green Energy Limited.

-Winsol Engineers Limited has secured Work order from Juniper Green Energy Limited, amounting to approximately Rs 5,55,75,250/- for providing various comprehensive services for Wind power project-Jam Khambaliya-Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat.

-Winsol Engineers Limited has commissioned the Solar Power Plant under the PM KUSUM C Feeder Level Solarization Scheme
