The Company was incorporated as a private limited company on 16th April, 1993 under the companies act, 1956, subsequently it was converted into a Public Limited company on 24th July 93, and certificate about conversion was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on 13/8/93. The company was sanctioned term loan of Rs. 95.00 lacs by GIIC for its project manufacture components for air control equipments like fan blade, blowers and implellers, air purifiers, air coolers and air curtains. The company had successfully implemented the existing project before the shceduled time frame and ocmmenced commercial produciton from Jan. 1994. The company has also developed .5 tonne and .75 tonne AC window AC and AC kits during the last working year and has marketd it successfully.
