Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay. It was
subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company in
terms of the resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary
General Meeting of the Company held on 28.5.1994 and
obtained fresh certificate upon conversion of the Company
from Private Limited to Public Limited from The Registrar
of Companies, Maharashtra on 8.7.1994.

The Company is presently engaged in the business of bill
discounting and has earned an total income of Rs. 2.17
Lakhs on a deployment of funds of Rs. 34.67 Lakhs during
the period ended 31.12.1994.

2011

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2

-Company has changed its name from Inca Finlease Ltd. to Visagar Financial Services Ltd.

2012

-Visagar Financial Services has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:1.

2021

- Visagar Financial Services approves sub-division of shares and bonus issue of 1:2

2022

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:2.

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 51:10 at par.

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 2/- to Rs. 1/-.
