The Company was incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 as ‘Ushanti Colthe Chem Private Limited’ in Gujarat vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, on May 12, 1993. Consequently, it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 19, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Ushanti Colthe Chem Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Limited to Public Limited dated 7th March, 2018 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
