The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Pune dated April 29, 2009 with the name ÂUnique Vastushilp and Projects Private LimitedÂ. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to ÂUnivastu India Private LimitedÂ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Pune on March 15, 2016. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on April 25, 2017 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ÂUnivastu India LimitedÂand a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Pune on May 18, 2017. the corporate identification number is U45200PN2009PLC133864.
