The Company was incorporated as Total Transport Systems Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated July 27, 1995, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to ÂTotal Transport Systems LimitedÂ pursuant to conversion into a public company vide ShareholdersÂ approval on March 23, 2017 fresh certificate of incorporation April 24, 2017. The Registered office of the company is situated at 701-705, T-Square, Opp. Chandivali Petrol Pump, Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400072, Maharashtra.
