We are a professionally run Public Limited company. The company was founded by Late Mr. Tarachand Bhalaji Shah in 1960. It has been successfully and efficiently lead by Mr. Ashok Shah (Chairman & CFO), with the strong support of his teammates Mr. Gunvant Shah (Vice Chairman & Wholetime Director) and Mr. Kunal Shah (Managing Director). They are supported by a strong professional team with an extensive experience in this industry. The Group was established in 1960, Suraj has spearheaded the mini-revolution with the aim to be one of the leaders in global market. Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes, Tubes & ‘U’ Tubes are manufactured and tested to International Standards, under strict supervision of highly qualified and experienced technocrats, to satisfy and meet the most critical demands of reputed industrial users for various applications, sizes, grades and specifications as per ASTM and also conforming other International Grade/Standards Equivalent to ASME, DIN, EN, NFA, and JIS etc. Suraj Limited has specialization in tubing for Heat exchangers, LP/HP Heater, Condensers, Heating Elements and duly annealed, pickled, tubes with 30-meters length tubes. Suraj Limited is a Govt. of India recognized Export House and is selling its premium products in India and abroad to more than 70 countries in all over the world.

2000

-The Company's name was changed from Suraj Finsec Ltd. to suraj Stainless Limited pursuant to the terms of amalgamation of transfer company with the company.

2007

-The Company has successfully installed and commissioned the new Piercing Mill to manufacture of Stainless Steel Mother Hollow, from Stainless Steel Round Bar.

- Suraj Stainless Ltd has appointed Shri. Bipin K Prajapati as Whole-time Director & Shri. Nimish M Shah as an Independent Director of the Company to board based its board of Directors.

-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.

2008

-The Company has declared dividend @ 15%.

-Mr. H R Desai is appointed as an additional director.

-The Company received Federation of Indian Export Organization (FIEO) Niryat Shree Certificate of Excellence (Non-SSI) award.

2009

-The Company has declared Final Dividend of 15% i.e. Rs 1.50 per share on the Equity Share Capital of the Company. 

2010

-The Company appointed of Mr. Maheshbhai V. Parikh and Mr. Maheshbhai V. Parikh as  Independent Directors on the Board of the Company.

-The Company has recommended a dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per share) on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

2011

-Company has changed its name from Suraj Stainless Ltd  to Suraj Ltd.

-The Company has recommended a dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per share) on equity shares of Rs. 10/-

- Shri Bhupendrasinh Babulal Patel is appointed as a Non Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

2012

-The Company has recommended a dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per share) on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year.

2013

-Suraj Ltd has recommended a dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per share) on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

2014

-Suraj Ltd has recommended a dividend of 15% (Rs. 1.50 per share) on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

-Suraj Ltd has informed regarding "New Production Facility".
