SUPER BAKERS (INDIA) LIMITED was incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 on 11th March, 1994 with the main object of manufacturing wheat products like Maida, Sooji, Atta, Bran, by Roller Flour Mills and to manufacture plastic bags and 6 colour
flexographic printing thereon.

The Company has been promoted by Shri Shankar T. Ahuja, Shri Prakash B. Ahuja, Shri Harshad K. Mehta & Shri Sudhir Vora who have considerable experience in the line of activities. Promoters are technically supported by well experienced & qualified miller Shri Harshad K. Mehta & Shri Sudhir Vora in Plastic Packaging.

The Company has acquired a Land, building and machineries of the Flour Mills belonging to M/s. Gujarat Roller Flour Mills at G.I.D.C., Odhav, at the cost of Rs.56.25 lacs and same unit has been renovated and added some new machineries with additional new facilities like inside pakkas road, lift etc. Commercial Production has already commenced. The
Company has proposed to install Plastic Packaging Unit at Baroda for which land is acquired and building work is under progress Orders for machineries have been placed it is expected to complete the installation of machineries by end of March'95. Commercial Production is likely to
commence in April'95.
