Sunrise Zinc Ltd. कंपनी का इतिहास और वार्षिक वृद्धि विवरण

The Company was incorporated on 15th January, 1993 as SUNRISE ZINC LIMITED (SZL) with the Registrar of Companies. Goa Daman & Diu at Panaji & received certificate of commencement of business on 30th June, 1993. The proposed activities of the company are to manufacture 4,250 TPA Electrolytic Zinc, 1100 TPA of Copper Sulphate, 3500 TPA of G.O.B. Zinc, at Plot L 2 & 3 Cuncolim industrial Estate, Cuncolim, Goa (South). The company is eligible for various incentives, described elsewhere in the prospectus, under the Income Tax Act. Since the Company has not started any commercial activity, the financial figures for the period since Incorporation have not been furnished. The company is yet to begin commercial activity since the plant is under construction.
