Summit Securities Ltd. कंपनी का इतिहास और वार्षिक वृद्धि विवरण

Summit Securities Limited (Formerly RPG Itochu Finance Limited) was originally incorporated in India on January 30, 1997, under the Companies Act, 1956 as a public limited company. The Company has obtained registration as a Non Banking Finance Company from the Reserve Bank of India. Pursuant to a scheme of arrangement between Erstwhile Summit Securities Limited (erstwhile Summit) and Brabourne Enterprises Limited (Brabourne) and Octav Investments Limited (Octav) and CHI Investments Limited (CHI) and the Company, the Company took over the entire assets and liabilities of CHI, erstwhile Summit, Brabourne and Octav with effect from the appointed date of the Scheme of arrangement i.e. March 31, 2009. The assets taken over were predominantly the investments held by the transferor companies in various listed and unlisted companies. Accordingly, the Company is an Investment Company and has a varied investment portfolio consisting of both listed and unlisted companies.

2012
- Mr. S K Tamhane have been appointed on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from August 13, 2012

2014
- Ms. Sneha Karmarkar has been appointed as Additional Director (Independent).
