7. There are no dues to Small Scale industrial Undertakings outstanding above Rs.1,00,000 and exceeding 30 days.

8. Figures of the previous year have been regrouped wherever necessary.

9. Figures have been rounded off to the nearest rupee.

10. Quantitative details: The Information as required under paragraphs 3. 4C and 4 D of Part ll of Schedule VI of the Companies Act, 1956 Is not provided as the Company was not in operation during the current year.
