The Company was originally incorporated on July 23, 2008 as a Private Limited Company as ÂSudarshan Speciality Chemsolve Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Later in the year 2016, the name of the company was changed from ÂSudarshan Specialty Chemsolve Private LimitedÂ to ÂSudarshan Pharma Industries Private LimitedÂ under the Companies Act, 2013 pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the EGM held on November 25, 2016 and vide certificate of incorporation dated December 17, 2016 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 12, 2016 the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ÂSudarshan Pharma Industries LimitedÂ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on January 05, 2017 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
