Southern Infosys Limited (SIL) is a Delhi based Software company. The company was established in 1994 as Financial Services Company under the name & style Disha Financial Services Ltd. Later in the year 1998 the company changed its main objects and name to convert itself into pure software business.

The company was maintaining closely held status till 1996 and came out with its IPO of 50,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each at par. The issue was oversubscribed and Pro-rata allotment was made to subscribers. The Equity Shares of the company are listed at Delhi, Kolkata and Ahmadabad Stock Exchanges.

SIL is committed to the industry by providing software related technical know-how and other services including Hardware. Being on the edge of innovation, SIL endeavours to be the first to come up with advanced solutions that cater to the changing demands of the software Industry.


2016

-The Exchange board are informed that the equity shares of Southern Infosys Ltd are listed.



2025
-The Company name has changed from Southern Infosys Ltd. to Southern Infoconsultants Ltd.
