The Company was originally formed and registered as a partnership firm on July 30, 2013 at Bhavnagar, Gujarat under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 bearing Firm Registration Number GUJ-BVN-13431 in the name and style of “Shubhlaxmi Jewellers” pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated June 10, 2013 entered between Narendrasinh Chauhan and Jitendrasinh Chauhan. Subsequently, pursuant to Admission cum Partnership Deed dated January 25, 2018, five (5) new partners were introduced to the existing Partnership Firm. Further, the aforementioned partnership firm was converted into a Public Limited Company under Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013 in the name of “Shubhlaxmi Jewel Art Limited” and obtained a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre dated May 02, 2018. - Renewal of BIS certification (license No. CM/L - 2842260) as per IS 1417:2016 respect of Gold and Gold Alloys, Jewellery/Artefacts - Fineness and Marking-Specification.

2018

- Admission of new partners in the “Shubhlaxmi Jewellers”

- Conversion of Partnership Firm into Public Limited Company in the name and style of “Shubhlaxmi Jewel Art Limited”
