Sangam Health Care Products Limited was incorporated as a Public limited Company on 13th December, 1993 for carrying on the business of manufacturing medical accessories like, I.V.Sets, Needles, Scalp Vein sets, Blood Bags, Euro Bags, Catheters and Synthetic Casting tape etc. The Certificate of commencement of business was issued on 3rd January 1994.

The Company is implementing the project at a cost of Rs.1496.07 lakhs to manufacture disposable intravenous sets (I.V.sets) and needles with an installed capacity of 20 million I.V.sets and 90 million needles. The Plant is being erected at Yellampet village, Medchal Mandal, Ranga
Reddy Dist. of Andhra Pradesh. The project has commenced its commercial operations in Oct '95.
