Real Growth Corporation Ltd. कंपनी का इतिहास और वार्षिक वृद्धि विवरण

Real Growth Commercial Enterprises Limited was incorporated under the provision of The Companies Act, 1956 as Private Limited Company in the name of “KRS FINANCIALS PRIVATE LIMITED on 11th January,1995 

The company was later converted to a Public Limited Company in the name of “KRS FINANCIALS LIMITED” by pay of a special resolution on 3rd July 1995.

Furthermore, in the year 2001, the name of the company was once again changed to a new name of “RAJESH PROJECTS & FINANCE LIMITED” by way of a special resolution on 26th September 2001.

Once again in the year 2011, the name of the company was again changed to “REAL GROWTH COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES LIMITED” by way of a special resolution on 20th January 2011. The Company had come out with an Initial public offer of 31,99,520 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at par in , 1995.  




2024 
-Company name has changed to Real Growth Corporation Ltd. from Real Growth Commercial Enterprises Ltd..
