Rajesh Solvex Ltd RSL is promoted by Shri Sampatraj Jain ,Pukhraj Jain and Smt Kamala Jain . The company was incorporated on 21 December 1989 under the Comapnies act 1956 at Bombay . At its Extraordinary meeting held on 8th April 1992 the comany was converted to a Public Limited Company and Necessary Certificates issued by Registrar of Companies Maharashtra on 11th Sept 1992 . The comapny has set up a solvent extraction plant to manufacture 90000 TPA of deoiled cakes and proposes to set up Edible oils Refinery to manufacture 7500 TPA refined edible oil at Village Kesarpura, Tehsil Sheonganj, Dist Sirohi, at Rajasthan. The company is curently running a solvent extraction with an Installed Capacity of 90000 TPA . The Company has embarked upon a forward integration by setting up an oil refinery with an installed capacity of 75000 TPA . The plant is having the facility of processing various oil cakes such a rape soya, cotton, rice, bran, etc.

During the year 1994-95 the Company has completed the installation of Plant & Machinery for 25 TPD Oil Refinery.
