PITAMBAR COATED PAPER LTD was incorporated on 7th March, 1994 and commenced its business on 9th June, 1994. PCPL is promoted by the Promoters of Pitambar Publishing Co. (P) Ltd., New Delhi. Pitambar Publishing Co. (P) Ltd. has been involved in the publication of educational books for the last five decades.

The Company intends to manufacture quality coated art paper and boards at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY

The main objects of the Company as per its Memorandum of Association are as follows:

1. To carry on the business of manufacturing, importing, exporting, buying, selling, distributing, exchanging , converting, altering, processing, twisting, coating, calendering, recycling or otherwise handling all kinds of Paper Boards and related products.

2. To carry on manufacture, Import, Export and trading of Paper machines, machine tools, Lamination machinery, manufactures of Coating machines Packaging and Calendaring machines.

3. To carry on business of Manufacturing, trading, Importing, Exporting of all kinds of Cards, Posters, Calenders, Books, Packaging goods, Magezines and other Publications, Forms, Brochures, Company Reports and Computer Stationery.
