Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited is an Investment Company registered with Reserve Bank of India as a Non- Banking Financial Company without accepting public deposits.

The Company was incorporated on 9th August, 1948 under the Jaipur Companies Act, 1942 and commenced its business on 12th August, 1948. The equity shares of the Company were listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The Registered Office of the Company is at Birla Building, 9/1 R. N. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata- 700001, which has been shifted from Birlanagar, Gwalior to Kolkata with effect from 4th October, 2002

- Pilani Investment and Industries Corp.Ltd have recommended a dividend of Rs. 25/- per share (250% on an equity share par value of Rs. 10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2012.
