The Company was originally incorporated as “Earum Pharmaceuticals Private Limited” onJuly 26, 2012vide Registration no. 071299 (CIN: U24230GJ2012PTC071299) under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Further, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 10, 2019, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed from “Earum Pharmaceuticals Private Limited” to “Earum Pharmaceuticals Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 23, 2019issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company post conversion is U24230GJ2012PLC071299. Mr. Bhumishth Narendrabhai Patel and Mrs. Payal Bhumishth Patel were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

-The Company name has changed to Murae Organisor Ltd. from Earum Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
