The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on 15th February, 1994 under the name Zen Yarns Limited. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to Oripro Limited, and a certificate consequent on change of name and objects was obtained from the office of Registrar of Companies on 28.02.2001. In the year 2001, the company was shifted from State of Gujarat to State of Andhra Pradesh.

2013
-Green Field Agri Ventures Appointed Mr. B. Krishna Raju, Mrs. B. Renuka, Mr. P. Uday Bhaskar and Mrs. P. Pushpalatha as additional Directors.
-The Company has changed its name from Oripro Ltd. to Green Field Agri Ventures Ltd.

2014
-Green Field Agri Ventures appointed Mr. Vivek Surana, Practicing Company Secretary.

2015

-Green Field Agri Ventures Ltd has acquired Mudunuru DREAMS Private Limited
