Movilex Plastics Ltd., was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 8th April, 1981 with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay. The company setup its first unit at village Kusgaon commenced commericla production from July 1983 for manufacture of ISI mark Rigid PVC pipes and has been catering to theneeds of the water supply and Agricultural Sectors in the state of Maharshtra, karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat. It was later converted into Public Limited Company on 1st November, 1988.
