Monozyme India Ltd was incorporated on 7th July 1989, as a Private /ktd company for the purpose of manufacturing Diagnostic kits. subsequently, the company was converted ionto a Public Ltd company vide special resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting of the company held on 30.09.91. The company has obtained fresh Certificate off incorporation consequent on change of name from the Registrar of companies, Andhra Pradesh on 31.10.91. The company has been promoted by Mr. A R Vishwanath & Associates. The company commenced commercial operations on 15th May 1991.

The main object of the company is to manufacture import substitute diagnostic kits for the Indian market.

2006

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 5

2008

-Monozyme India Ltd has appointed Mr. Kali Chand Sharma as Additional Director of the Company with effect from February 16, 2008.
