The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 in name and style of “Misquita Engineering Private Limited” vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 04,1998 bearing Registration Number 24-02537 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Goa, Daman & Diu. Subsequently, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on August 29, 2017 and name of the Company was changed to “Misquita Engineering Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 18, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Goa. The Corporate Identification number of the Company is U74210GA1998PLC002537.
