-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 5:1.


2009

- The Company has inaugurated its "Sri Balaji Theatre Mediaone Chain of Theatres" in Reddi pettai, Kancheepuram.

- "MEDIAONE Acquires Distribution rights for the Tamil Feature Film "Modhi Vilayudu".

- The Company had acquired one more theatre at Achrapakkam, Chengalpet District.


2011

- The company have signed many Block Buster feature films for the Year 2012 for Distributing in Tamil Nadu. This strategic Tie-Up expected to generate a top line Approximate 40 to 50 Crores.


2012

- "Mediaone Global Entertainment Limited Is Commisisoning The Production Of Rajinikanth's Next Film "Kochadaiyaan".

- "Eros International & Media One Global Entertainment announce marketing and pre-sales blitzkrieg for Rajnikanth's Kochadaiyaan".
