The Company was incorporated on June 7, 2000, as a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956, with the name “Net Logistics Private Limited”, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation granted by the RoC. Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to “Medi Assist Healthcare Services Private Limited” with a fresh certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bengaluru on November 21, 2012. Pursuant to the conversion of our Company to a public limited company and as approved by our Shareholders pursuant to a special resolution dated February 27, 2018, the name of our Company was changed to “Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited”, and the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bengaluru issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on March 20, 2018.

-Investment by Investcorp Private Equity Fund I

-Medi Assist TPA acquired DHS

2018

-MSPL amalgamated its business and operations in the Company

-Medi Assist TPA acquired Medicare Insurance TPA Services (India) Private Limited on a slump sale basis

-Demerger of the consumer facing health and wellness division of our Company into Mandala

-Acquisition of IHMS by our Company

-Acquisition of Mayfair India by the Company
