MAYA SPINNERS LIMITED was incorporated on 17th October, 1984 as a Private Limited company and subsequently converted into a public limited on 9th March, 1992. The Company has obtained certificate of change of name on 13.04.92. The company has its works at plot no.21, Industrial Area No.II, Pithampur, Dist Dhar, which is a notified backward area and is carrying on the manufacturing of cotton yarn by OPEN END SPINNING PROCESS since 1986. The Company had set-up one open end machine having 168 Rotors and started production in January, 1986. The Company further installed one more open end machine in the year 1987, there by increasing the capacity to 336 Rotors. The third and forth machines were installed in 1991 and now total capacity is 672 Rotors. The capacity utilisation was 69% for the year ended 31.3.92. All these rotary spinning machines are of LAKSHMI-RIETER MAKE and are operating since installation.
