the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Max India Limited was originally incorporated as
Advaita Allied Health Services Limited on January 23, 2019 and obtained a fresh certificate of incorporation on July 1, 2020
subsequent to the change of its name under the composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement and the Companies Act,
2013.

2020

-Company name changed to Max India Ltd. from Advaita Allied Health Services Ltd.

2025

-The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 19:100 at a premium of Rs. 140 per share.
