The Company was originally incorporated under the name “Manoj Jewellers Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated September 21, 2007, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of the Company was changed to “Manoj Jewellers Limited” vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on June 13, 2022. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on July 14, 2022, by Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Centralised Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U52393TN2007PLC064834.
