Lloyd Rockfibres Limited was incorporated as a Private
Limited Companies vide Certificate of Incorporation No
18-18143 issued by Registrar of Tamil Nadu at Madras on
6th October 1989 and subsequently converted into a Public
Limited Company on 27th December 1993 and fresh Certificate
of Incorporation was issued. The Company is in the business
of manufacturing Rockwool Minerawool Matressess. Slabs and
Pipe Sections. The existing installed capacity of the Plant
is 7500 MT Per Annum. The Commercial Production commenced on
1st July, 1994 when it established a Rockwool Mineralwool
Plant with the Term Loan Assistance of Rs. 310 lacs on
consortium basis from IFCI (Rs. 185 Lacs) and ICICI (Rs 125
Lacs).

2006

-Lloyd Rockfibers Ltd has informed that Mr. Manoj Verma ceased to be a Director from the Board of the Company w.e.f. October 30, 2006.

2010
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From No. 5, Kamarajar Salai, Manali, Chennai To Plot No. 2, Punjsons Premises, Kalkaji Industrial Area, New Delhi - 110019.
