The Company by the name Kome – On Communication Limited was incorporated on 3rd February, 1994 under the Companies Act, 1956 at Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. The main object of the Company as per Memorandum of Article & Association is to set up Studio related to Films/TV, to develop, trade, market TV Serials, AD Films, Documentaries, Educational Films, Children Films etc in related electronic media. The Company came out with an IPO in the year 1996, during that point of time the Company’s Authorized capital was 5.50 crores. In the year 2000 The Company increased its Authorized Capital to 15.01 crores. The Company is listed & traded on Ahmedabad & Madras Stock Exchanges. The Company declared interim dividend of 3% on partly and fully paid up shares in the year 1999-2000 on account of distributable profit recorded in that particular year and is maintaining the profitable growth every year.

The Company is in the business of producing TV serials, AD films Documentaries, Fillers, Educational Films for CAPAM and also started letting out High Band Studio to freelance Producers in Ahmedabad along with editing, camera & sound recording Facilities. It has recently entered into organizing and shooting school events to enrich the stock of the Company. The events were based on drawing, singing, dancing, poetry recitation and spelling competition between the schools and classes respectively.
