Our Company was incorporated on January 23, 2015 as ‘Kay Cee Energy & Infra Private Limited’, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 23, 2015 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on September 13, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 12, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. The corporate identification number of our Company is U74900RJ2015PLC046976. 

Major Events and Milestones

2015

Our Company started its business of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) providing specialized services of commissioning EHV Power transmission lines.

2017

Our Company was awarded with the title of ‘Excellent Construction Work’ award from Rajasthan Rajva Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. (RRVPNL)

2018

Our Company expanded its business operations by setting up a new manufacturing unit at G-249, Kota-5 which will be used for both Manufacturing and Office Premises

2021

Our Company further expanded its business operations by setting up another B-16, IPIA, Kota-5 which will be used for Manufacturing purposes.

2023

Our Company was converted from Private Limited company to Public Limited Company
