The Company was incorporated on January 20, 2006 as ÂAnubhav Vanijya Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Kolkata (the RoC). Subsequently, the name of our Company was changed to ÂAnubhav Infrastructure Private LimitedÂ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 13, 2007 issued by the RoC. The Company was converted into a public limited company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to ÂAnubhav Infrastructure LimitedÂ and fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 11, 2008 was issued by the RoC. The Company is currently engaged in providing land development, construction services and other related services for civil and structural construction and infrastructure sector projects. The aforementioned services are currently provided by us through third party contractors to whom we subcontract construction and other execution work related to the projects. The Registered Office of the Company is situated at Howrah and project sites are situated at various places in India. The Company was incorporated with the object of trading. We started construction activities in FY 2007 - 08. Our Promoters, i.e. Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Parmeshwar Barter Private Limited and Parmeshwar Mercantile Private Limited have acquired the Company on November 17, 2009.
