Kabsons Industries Limited was originally incorporated on 02.07.92 as M/s. Ellipse Industries Limited. Subsequently the name was changed to M/s. Kabsons Industries Limited w.e.f 29.03.93. The Company will set up 14 gas filling plants in various parts of the country and will take up distribution of L P Gas (Liquified Petroleum Gas) in a big way. It also proposes to manufacture gas cylinders of 6 kg capacity. This new venture will meet the huge domestic and institutional requirements in the country.
