The Company was incorporated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, as ÂJupiter Life Line Hospitals LimitedÂ, a public limitedÂ company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 18, 2002,Â issued by the RoC. the Company commenced its business on December 24, 2002.

Major events and milestones of the Company :

2007
- Established and commenced operations of the first hospital at Thane, Maharashtra.

2017
- Established and commenced operations of the Pune Hospital.

2018
- Carried out interstitial brachytherapy to treat cancer at the Thane Hospital.

2020
- Acquired the Indore Hospital.

2021
- Successfully carried out small bowel intestine transplant surgery at the Thane, Hospital.

2022
- Successfully carried out heart transplant surgery at the Thane Hospital.

2022
-Jupiter Hospital, Pune has availed technical assistance for designing and constructing an energy efficient building.
-Jupiter Hospital received Milestone Merits 2022 SAFETY Award.

2023
-Jupiter Life Line Hospitals received Community Care Excellence Award Jupiter Hospital Thane.
-Jupiter Life Line Hospitals received Maharashtra State Best Employer Brand Award 2023.

-The Company has acquired land in Bibvewadi, Pune, with an area of ~11,500 Sq. Meter, on a leased basis. The period for lease is 10 years.
