The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 1997 in the name and style of “Jiwanram Sheoduttrai Industries Private Limited” under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated September 23, 1997 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal. Further the status of the company was changed to a Public Limited Company by a special resolution passed on May 23, 2022. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company to Public Limited Company and consequent to change of name to “Jiwanram Sheoduttrai Industries Limited” was issued on June 02, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal.
