The Company was incorporated on 1st July, 1986 in Uttar Pradesh.
The certificate of commencement of business was obtained on 11th
July, 1986.

The company was promoted by Jalan Industries Pvt Ltd and its
Associates and Pradeshiya Industrial and Investment Corporation
of U.P. Ltd.

The main objects of the company is to manufacture producing
metalized paper and metallized films. The performance of the
company was basically satisfactory. The company is setting up a
project in Nainital for manufacture of Metalized paper and
films.

Metallized products are excellent packaging material for
processed food, tea, coffee, fruit juice and pulp, seeds,
cigarettes, soaps.

The company has placed order with Weinert-Vakuum verfathrens
technik gmbh and Pagendarm Beschichtungstechink gmbh, both of
West Germany to provide the necessary details of the techniques
of metallizing and applications of lacquers and adhesives.

2003

-Commenced commercial production of new Metallizer.
