2005 - Members at the extra ordinary general meeting of the company had approved the resolution for issuing 10 lakh equity shares at par on preferential basis to Seven Hills Capital Management.

2006 - On 24th July 2006, board of directors of Innocorp Ltd. had decided to acquire M/s. Gem Cables & Conductors Ltd as its subsidiary by taking over equity shares of the promoters and their associates through swap ratio of equity shares to be decided by the both companies.

- Name of the company was changed from Innosoft Technologies Ltd to Innocorp Ltd.

2007 - Shri. M V S Brinchi was appointed as a director of the company.

- Mrs. Lakshmi VVV Garapati was appointed as the whole time director of the company.
