The Company was established on 8th November,1979.

The Company has been promoted by Indo-Nippon Chemical Company Ltd., and it's associates. The Company's project is located at Bajwa Chhani Road, behind GSFC Complex, Dist.Vadodara, Gujarat.

The Oxo alcohol plant was completed during 1982 and trial production commenced during September 1982. In 1987, the Company proposed to install a Gas Plant alongwith some critical balancing equipment to enhance production capacity.

In 1988, the accounting year was changed from 31st December to 31st March.

The main object of the Company is to manufacture and deal in Oxo alcohols, iso octyl alcohol, and other like products, chemical compounds, chemical products, etc.
